Home Information Packs from Beecroft Estates

From 14 December 2007 in England and Wales all properties marketed for sale will need a Home Information Pack (HIP), which includes a home energy rating.

Our HIPs provide all the legal documentation you’ll need to sell your home – including the Energy Performance Certificate carried out by an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor, which will include advice on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills.

Also included are documents such as a sale statement, searches and evidence of title.

This basic HIP includes:

• Drainage & Water Search
• Office Copies of Register and Title Plan
