We offer a rent to buy service that will include us marketing your property 'For Sale' and 'To Let'. You will only be charged for the one that we achieve the first.

You will have your own dedicated account manager who will deal with all the sales and rentals. We will even give you trade prices on our sales fees.

Any agent can advertise and get you a tenant but what happens when things go wrong and then tenant doesnt pay? We treat your property like our own and we will deal with the situation, FREE. Our staff combined have over 40 years experience so whatever the problem we will have experienced it and resolved it.
